Emma Hayes has been relieved as coach of the Chicago Red Stars. She had been the 1st and only coach of the Red Stars to this point. Last year, the Red Stars finished in 6th place with a 5-10-5 record after starting the season with 2 wins and 2 ties. This year, they are in 7th place after 6 matches with a 1-4-1 record.
The Red Stars are scheduled to host FC Gold Pride this Saturday.
