That said, it is also a major change of life for many of the 3rd, 4th, and 5th round 2010 WPS draftees who were much more confident at that start of the day regarding their professional options.
Even more so, imagine the emotions running through the minds of Kiki Bosio, Estelle Johnson, Mary Casey, and Lindsay Browne at this very moment.
Heading into camps knowing these teams passed on them, and in Browne's case every other team said thanks but no thanks.
Let's hope that these athletes have the belief-in-self to survive what will be a grueling few weeks.
